Much easier said than done,  right?  It's been said that you have to be true to yourself before others. 

One who can be true to oneself knows exactly what he/she wants in life..... What's their purpose in life? Blah blah... But nobody tells us how to be true to ourselves. 
How to acknowledge one's mistake  ? and tell ourselves,  hey it's going to be okay, it's just a phase. 

The problem is not that we can't acknowledge things or take responsibility, it's just we don't know how to handle this, how to accept, "okay , this is what I have done, this is my fault, I am the one who
caused all this

Let's get into it one by one -

How to acknowledge one's mistake ?

💫 By reflecting / Be true to yourself 
Ask yourself: Before reacting 
What went wrong ?
How's my reaction going to affect the situation? embrace your authentic self

💫Take responsibility 
It shows maturity and accountability from your end .
"I" the game changer.
Don't play blame game .

💫 Apologies, if needed 
Just don't say sorry, reflect on it , what you did ? What effect it has on others or on you ?
💫 Learn and move forward 
Learn from your mistakes, so you can avoid making the same mistake , it helps you grow .

💫Listen to your intuition 
Pay attention to your choices , how it feels inside , are you in peace or you are in chaos?

💫 Set healthy boundaries 
Protect your energy to nurture yourself.

💫 Forgive yourself and others
Start with start forgiveness, much easier said than done , tell yourself " I did my best , I gave my 100%, either it's exam or relationship.

 
Remember, 
Mistakes = learning 
Learning = growth 

It can't be more true when American poet Ralph waldo Emerson said -
 
"To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”

The thing is,  when everyone around you is pointing at you, You are at fault,  you did this, and you are the one who always makes mistakes. At this particular moment, you want "someone" to say,
hey, it's okay,  it's done, it's not your fault, things happen... 
Be that"someone" for yourself.... yeah  it felt good, to know, there is one person who can stand all this.

No matter, Whatever the situation is. But to reach that point of optimism needs a lot of emotional breakdowns. You need to fall,  rise, again fall, it's a lot. 

Remember, everyone had a fall in their life and it's okay to feel left out sometimes,  to feel, that everyone is doing something in their life and here you are questioning yourself. 

Taking responsibility,  when everyone is playing the blame game, needs guts. And be proud of yourself, even when no one is appreciating you. It's not always the easiest choice to make but you did so be proud of yourself. 

But Once you get through this and accept the fact (the present) that this is going for my highest good, believe me, it becomes much easier to deal with,  to accept the fact you can't control everything and when things are out of control,  remember the universe has its plans, surrender yourself... 

Be patient with yourself 
Letting go of past isn't a one day thing , it takes time .it's a long process, healing takes time and once you learn how to let go of past , you are unstoppable.

Let the god and universe assist you . Remember life has your back. You are not alone,  you are not lost .
Being true to oneself, it's not a one time thing , it's a daily practice, be true to ,how you feel about oneself .
